Bad foods for Rheumatoid Arthritis(RA)
Cereals(such as wheat, grains, oats, ryes), milk and milk products, tea,
coffee, red meat, oranges, citrus, etc, can cause bad reactions in patients with
RA and aggravate symptoms of RA symptoms. Reasons including allergic reaction,
increased intestinal permeability, bacteria imbalances, etc.
In addition, the patients should eat less foods with sugar and fat. Fatty

aggravate internal heat gathering and damage the liver, therefore, it is not
suggested to drink alcohol, or certain drugs with cold properties can be used by
